Sandra
Harmon
Sep 1, 1942 — Feb 19, 2026
Sandra Kay Tatum Harmon passed away Thursday, February, 19, 2026 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Sandra was born in Manila, Arkansas to the late Homer Pierce Tatum and Mary Ruth Moore Tatum.
While her childhood was filled with traveling, her hometown was Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated in 1960 from Hall High School before beginning a remarkable 50 year career in healthcare administration. She retired as Office Manager from Dr. Paul Davis's office in White Hall after 20 years of sneaking giggles and grins from everyone in the office. During that time, long before and forever after, she's known to quietly reassure everyone, "444, angels are watching over you"; a phrase renowned as a somewhat staple of Sandra, our beloved Grammy.
Sandra enjoyed spending time with her beloved children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who knew her best as "Grammy", always sharing laughs and storytelling. Sandra was a proud member of The Daughters of the King and the Episcopal Church Women. A stranger to no one, Sandra enjoyed her cherished community within Summerset Place and would frequently go out dancing!
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Rodgers (Patrick Rodgers) of White Hall; her son, Richard Williams of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Emma Richardson (Nicholas Richardson) of Mabelvale, Saxon Shepard (Jade Shepard) of Camden; three great-grandchildren, Avonley Shepard, Sadie Shepard and Kilik Shepard.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, March 21st at Trinity Episcopal Church, 703 W 3rd Ave, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
