Dirk Anthony Hartwick, 56, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas died October 22, 2026. His parents, Raymond and Mila Hartwick, welcomed him into the world on April 21, 1970. He graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1988.

Dirk never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone he met. He worked as a salesclerk where he was loved by his customers. Music was his biggest hobby, especially rock-n-roll. He was a huge supporter of the local music scene. He went to local shows as often as possible to support his favorite bands. He was also known to be a foodie that liked to show off his skills in the kitchen.

Dirk was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mila.

He is survived by is his sister, Amy Morgan; niece, Emma Dyer; and a host of friends who loved him.

Dirk was a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend whose legacy will live on through the stories told about him and the people who loved him.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at Sonny’s Bar Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 5 pm.
